United States Shipping Rates
Note: Rates at checkout are final. The above rates are estimates based on an order for one device. Remote areas may include shipping surcharges. Shipping times are estimates and can vary with weather and overall demand.
International Customers: We ship to many other countries. To check shipping rates, please enter the delivery address during the check out process.
If your country is not available for shipping, we recommend shipping to a US-based freight forwarder who can transfer your package to the desired country.

Once you place your order we process, pick, and ship it all in-house. This takes 1-2 business days.
We then hand it off to the carrier, and that's when you’ll get a notification with your tracking number. The carrier takes care of the rest!
We typically ship using UPS. Accessories and orders to PO boxes will use USPS. International orders use common local couriers.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options for most countries.

You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking instructions when your order is picked up by the carrier.

You can add items to your order before we process it. Please email hello@getfreewrite.com to make any changes.
Once it ships, we cannot make changes to the contents of the order.
You can change your shipping address before your order ships for no additional charge. Please email the changes to hello@getfreewrite.com and we will process the request.
In some cases the delivery address can be changed after shipping, but the carrier will charge a $25 fee that we require that you cover. Please note that address changes during this point in the process may also result in shipping delays.
We allow consumers to use one discount code per order.
As a general rule, we will combine shipments of orders and refund the additional shipping charge, provided the orders do not contain more than one discount code.

We process and pack all international orders on-site in the United States. Once completed, we hand your shipment off to the carrier, and you’ll get a notification with your tracking number.
When possible, we collect taxes and duties during checkout. If you see it collected during checkout, you will not have any further charges from your local customs office.
If it's not collected during checkout, the carrier will contact you to clear the order through customs when it arrives in your country. They will contact you using the email and phone number you provide with the order. You are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the shipment.

Our shipping partners have suspended deliveries to Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia for the time being. We regret that we are unable to fulfill orders for Freewrite community members in these countries at this time. Our team will continue to assess opportunities to restart shipping as soon as possible.
Customers in the US do not need to pay any additional taxes or duties.
For most international customers taxes are included in the item price or added during checkout and you will not need to pay additional import duties to receive your order.
For other international customers tax is not collected and you may need to pay duties to import goods. The shipping courier (UPS or other) will contact you to arrange payment to your government customs agency.
